Exterior Changes
ANY and ALL EXTERIOR changes to your home including landscaping, decks, additions, pools, siding, generators etc. (this is not a complete list) must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to proceeding with any work.

NOTE: Below is a list of the approved materials that may be used on your home.
1. Stucco
2. Brick
3. Cement board
4.Wood
NO VINYL is allowed. Aluminum may only be used on gutters, soffits and fascia boards behind a gutter. Aluminum may NOT be used on fascia boards with no gutters. Aluminum and Vinyl windows are allowed. Aluminum and Vinyl TRIM and or siding is NOT permitted anywhere on the home.
